Reserved Slots: If you've reserved a slot and not paid via PayPal, please e-mail me for alternative payment options. If you do not contact me or payment is not received within 48hrs, I will have to make your slot available to somebody else.Buying Process: I've tried to make the buying process as easy as possible with PayPal. You don't have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase and you can pay using any major credit card. If you have any issues during the buying process, please e-mail me and I will do whatever I can to fix them. If you want to buy multiple days (up to 7), please e-mail me so I can provide you with my payment details so you don't have to buy each day seperately (No - there are no discounts for multiple days purchased!). Refunds/Cancellations: There are no refunds with exception to cases I deem relevant. This isn't me being all authoritarian, but the way the business works is on a first-come first-served basis. If you've purchased a particular day ahead of somebody else and then change your mind, you will have prevented somebody else from buying that slot. Besides, you'll still be getting a website with up to 5 pages on the internet for a whole year! If there is an error in the payment process, a refund for the appropriate amount will be given.
Website copy/pictures: In order for your website to be ready for the launch day I will need the relevant copy and pictures/logo's at least 1 week prior to your website's launch day. If I do not receive any copy then I will still complete your website but it will look pretty empty...
Number of pages: There are no discounts offered for websites with less than 5 pages. Please note: if you require a contact form then one of your 5 pages will include a 'thank you' page once a form has been submitted. If you require more pages I will charge an extra £20 per page ordered and will add them upon receipt of payment.
eCommerce: The website I will design for you IS NOT an eCommerce website. However, I can build you a basic PayPal integrated Shopping Cart for £200 if requested.
Domain name/hosting: Your website will be given a unique domain name of [yourdomainname].websiteaday.co.uk for personal websites. If you'd prefer a .co.uk or .com domain name then I can register one for you if it's available. Your domain name will cost £7.50 for a .co.uk and £12.99 for a .com which will be included in the price of your website. However, after 1 year you will need to renew your .com and after 2 years your .co.uk at your own expense, either via me or any other domain registrar. If you'd prefer to host your website separately and use your own TLD (Top Level Domain) like [yourdomainname].co.uk or [yourdomainname].com then I can arrange this but please note I will require access to your server via FTP. If you have a domain name already and wish to have me host your website, I will need access to your domain's nameservers in order to point them to my server. If you know how to do this and would like to do it yourself, then my nameservers are ns1.acehosts.co.uk and ns2.acehosts.co.uk. Please note I will need to talk to you to discuss what domain name you would like and cannot guarantee your first choice name will be available.
Changing your website: Once your site is live I will be happy to change any content as long as you provide the changes to me and give me 48hrs to edit your website. If you have ordered my Content Management System you'll be able to change the content as often as you like.
Final design: All 365 websites I'm offering will be uniquely designed. I will ask you for your colour choice and 'feel' you are looking for before I get to work designing your website. You will not be able to change the design until the following year.
Retrospective bookings: Sites are sold on a first-come first-served basis. If you see a slot available for a past date then please feel free to contact me if you'd like to order that date.
