Hi and welcome to my website! My name is Kevin Mackay and I'm a freelance web designer from Dereham near Norwich in Norfolk UK and I specialise in creating great looking websites at affordable prices.
I'm building my business and I need to create a portfolio of websites, so I've come up with a unique way of doing this that will be both fun and useful for clients.
I'll build you a website with up to 5 pages that you can use for absolutely anything for the face value of the day of the year that you book it for. Your website will include a years hosting, a domain name and you will retain full copyright of your site. For example, book 1st Jan 2010 and your website will cost £1 (yes, you read that right!) and can have up to 5 pages! Prices increase by £1 a day up until 30th May 2010 after which all slots will cost just £150 each. If you need more than 5 pages then please contact me to discuss your requirements in more detail.

My plan
Quite simple. You book a day and I'll have your website live on the day you purchased. Your site will feature on my homepage for one day and will also feature on my Facebook profile and Facebook page. So lot's of exposure for not a lot of spend!
Pricing for each day in 2010 can be found by hovering over the day you're interested in on my booking calendar. To book a date simply click the day(s) you'd like and fill in a short booking form. Payment is made via PayPal and your slot will be booked immediately. Don't forget to take a look at the sites I've completed so far for my clients.

What's the catch?
There is no catch! You simply choose which days in 2010 you'd like and I'll build your website with up to 5 pages accordingly. Businesses even get a .co.uk or .com domain name thrown in! Just send me what you'd like on your 5 pages and I'll do the rest.
If you'd like more functionality for your website (a newsletter subscription system, shopping cart, Content Management System or even your own blog) you can order extra services when you book your slot. There is a small extra charge for these features but they are optional and reflect the extra work involved in integrating them.
Your site link will be emailed to you the day before your live date so you can use it in any advertising you like.

I don't just offer affordable web design services. One of the main things to consider when thinking about a website is where best to host it. I run my own hosting company, AceHosts.co.uk and I can host your website for you if you wish. My hosting prices are very competitive and your 1st year is included in the price of your website. Thereafter it will cost just £60 per year to host or £6 per month which will give you ample disk space and bandwidth to help your website flourish.
